Happy Wednesday friends. Last dance video post  “Twerk it” seemed to have been very well received! I guess I am not the only one who loves a good old hip hop dance video! Thanks for the support. This week is dedicated to a sexy slow jam “Right There” by Nicole Scherzinger and 50 Cent. I use this as a cool down in my class! My favorite move is when we drop it low! This is an easy dance anyone can do for that special someone on a romantic evening ;) #spiceitup.
