Happy hump day! The past two days I’ve been hiding at home like a hermit. Recovering from The Jersey City Project Market and staying away from the awful weather we’ve been having. That is the biggest advantage of being a freelancer, being able to work in your PJ’s! Anyway it’s Wednesday and it’s time to get out there! I am so pumped to teach my hip hop class tonight!

Now, it’s been a while since I posted a Hip Hop dance video, so here is a throwback Missy Elliot jam “Pass That Dutch”. I love this track, every time I hear it I feel like busting a move. This choreography is fast paced but easy to follow.  I teach every Wednesday at Base NJ 8:00pm! Come try a class and see what it’s all about!
