I love summer and I love vintage dresses! There is nothing like wearing something that has a past; a dress that is special and is one of a kind. I bought this at Another Man’s Treasure in Jersey City and it fit like a glove. This dress comes with a cute belt that cinches at the waist and gives a really feminine silhouette. A-line dresses are great on most body types and are extremely flattering. This is also a great day to night outfit, I wore this to work and then went for drinks at the exclusive Soho House in Manhattan, I felt so glam ! SJP watch your back.
I paired this dress with a black and brown leather bag I got from a street vendor in Tel Aviv and some super comfy slingback brown heels. Easy , effortless and timeless. I added a pink lip liner for a pretty final touch.
We took these pictures around the light rail by Exchange Place in Jersey City, we felt the old school feel of waiting at a train station would be perfect for this vintage look.
Afterwards we walked over to take some photos by the Warehouse Cafe. There is an area there with old cobblestones and cool street art. One of them was created by Jersey City Artist Dylan Egon (post coming soon!)
These pics where getting too serious so I put some hip hop beats on my iPhone and started a dance party in the middle of the street!
And now back to looking FIERCE.
