We are all going to be working from home/staying home with our kids while we ride out what’s going on with the Corona virus. It’s so important for all of us to stay safe during this time. It’s also important to try and get some movement in as we stay away from gyms and people. I put together this easy at home workout anyone can do from the comfort of their own homes with or without equipment. Exercise helps your immune system, mental health, and is a great way to cope with anxiety.
