What is Pop Up Jackson Hill? What can I expect as a business owner?

Pop Up Jackson Hill is an innovative approach to increasing small business presence in Jersey City. Spaces in Pop Up Jackson Hill are 10ft x 10ft and access is given during business hours as well as an hour before and an hour after. Vendors would be required to participate in five business development workshops.
