ChicpeaJC is looking for self-motivated individuals for internship opportunities! We’re looking for people who are creative, organized, and marketing savvy for our digital media marketing internship, as well as those who are creative, organized, and timely for our photography/videography internship.

Please note that these positions are unpaid, but provide interns with access to a variety of hands-on experience, networking opportunities with various influencers and businesses in Jersey City and surrounding areas, and a one of a kind work environment.

Professional Experience

• 1 year of Marketing/Digital Marketing experience
• 1-2 years of leadership experience
• Studying Marketing, Digital Media Marketing, or Mass Communications
• Knowledge of promotional product design
• Very strong verbal and writing skills

Internship Requirements and Tasks

• Must have a laptop and access to internet
• Social Media Wiz
• Knowledge of Google Analytics
• Available to work from ChicpeaJC office a minimum of 3 days a week
• Self-motivated and can start projects on their own
• Creative thinker with attention to detail
• Can work well with last minute changes and request

Training will begin in the second week of January. It will consist of 3 days of in person training and 2 days of virtual training.

Photography/Videography Internship

Items Needed

• Video reel and Portfolio
• Social Media feed (preferred but not required)

Internship Requirements

• Must own a DSLR
• Must own a computer and have access to internet
• Versatile shooting style
• Access to Adobe Suit preferred but not required
• Self-motivated and can start projects on their own
• Creative thinker with attention to detail
• Can work well with last minute changes and requests
• Training will begin in the third week of January it will consist of 2 day in person training.
