This past Saturday marked the 8th annual HDSID All About Downtown Street Fair and with over 150,000 people in attendance, it’s safe to say the event was a success!
More than 300 vendors lined the streets of the Newark Ave Pedestrian Plaza selling everything from vintage clothing to food, to handmade jewelry and, my favorite … buckets of Sangria!
There was stuff for the kids, too! The fair included face painting, and two kid zones!
This, however, wasn’t just your average fair! Aside from the food, kid zones and fun, there were live performances by several Jersey City musicians, Salsa Dancing, Rock and Roll, and even a section dedicated to drums and reggae!
Whether you were at the fair or were unable to attend, check out the gallery for photos and coverage of the event throughout the day! Until next year, All About Downtown Street Fair!
