Hello everyone, welcome to our third edition of “ReciPEAS” where I share some easy-to-do at home recipes that I swear by. My mother is my biggest influence when it comes to cooking, all these recipes I am sharing are basically from her arsenal. My father is Moroccan an my mother is Russian, so she was forced to adopt many Morrocan dishes to make sure my dad’s belly was happy. Well since then she’s made hundreds of peoples’ bellies happy, ask anyone who she’s cooked for and they will tell you the same. Home-cooked meals by mom, nothing beats that. I would do anything right now to have a yummy meal with my family.
Times are weird now, we are all in quarantine and doing what we can to get through it. This recipe is easy, you can get the ingredients at any local shop and it’s also healthy, comforting and in-expensive. You can make this dish vegan/vegetarian friendly as well. You can add meat or beef or make it as a side dish. I hope you enjoy it. More to come.
