Join Liberty House Restaurant for Lobster Fest on August 24th! There’ll be four lobster dishes prepared by the Executive Chef of Liberty House, Ken Trickilo. The lobster dinner starts at 7PM at Liberty House on 76 Audrey Zapp Dr., and it’s $65 per person.

Chilled Lobster Cocktail – Avocado, red onion, heirloom tomatoes, red veined sorrel, citrus vinaigrette

Lobster & Diver Scallop Duet – Tomatillo salsa, purple potatoes, baby corn, parsley Beurre Blanc
Paired with: Pieropan, Soave, 2015 Italy
Lobster & Piedmontese Strip loin “Surf n Turf” – Creamy red polenta, black truffle pecorino cheese, baby squash, pearl onions in balsamic vinegar
Paired with: Heritage, Cabernet Sauvignon, 2015 Columbia Valley
Lobster Tail Pastry – Orange zested ricotta cheese, caramel sauce, crème anglaise, Chantilly cream
Paired with: Moscato Di Asti
