It’s national donut day today and we love them and we know you love lists so here you go! The calories don’t count today! I promise.

1. Grind Coffee Shop- 360 Communipaw

One of my favorite coffee shops in Jersey City located in Bergen Lafayette gets fresh doughnuts from the Doughnut Plant! Enjoy fancy flavors like Vanilla coconut maple, Banana Pecan, and my personal favorite Peanut butter and Jelly. Say hello to the friendly barista’s!

2. Krispy Kreme- 95 Christopher Columbus Drive

Krispy Kreme opened it’s doors a few months ago and it was complete mayhem. The lines were insane and all we saw on Instagram were peoples food porn photos of the donuts. Jersey City has collectively gained 3,000 lbs as a result of this new business (making that up) #worthit. Enjoy all of them, you can’t not really eat more than one.

3. Downtown Yogurt

Edit: Downtown Yogurt unfortunately no longer carries donuts!! Boo. Maybe if a ton of us go in there and ask them to bring them back they will? I’m so sad.

Downtown Yogurt is munchy heaven! If you’re not in the mood for a fro-yo taste one of their amazing Glaze Artisan Donuts, hand crafted from Wayne NJ. The Maple Bacon is sex in the mouth (sorry mom).
