The All About Downtown Street Fair is happening on September 15th! Every year, the HDSID throws a street fair on Newark Ave with hundreds of vendors, entertainment, and much more from 12PM to 8PM. Here’s what you can expect this year:
300+ Vendors
The street fair is filled with vendors for anything from clothing and accessories to food and drink. Vendors include Ani Ramen, Atlas Public House, Bambino Chef, Bang Cookies, Beaucycled, Cellar335, Creative Enabler, Deko and Gina, Home Boutique JC, House of Cupcakes, Just Beclaws, Keyhole, Left Bank Burger Bar, Ma and Pas Tex Mex BBQ, Modern Family Dentistry, Muneca Mullins, New York Red Bulls, Once Upon a Lauren, Orale, Paper and Willow, Pasta dal Cuore, Roflcopter, Smile Pre-School, South House Bar & Restaurant, Stella’s Empanadas, Subculture, Sweetberry Bowls, Tails on Trails, Taqueria, Tojo Kitchen, Torico Ice Cream, Vera Vixeness, and plenty more!
Live Music
There’ll be DJs and a lineup of performances throughout the day. The DJs will be on the Grove Street PATH Plaza for the designated “Chillax Zone” while the Rock-it Docket stage will be on Bay & Newark. Expected performances include:
Kids Zone
There’ll be a kids area on First Street, thanks to Smile Preschool & Nursery. Bring the kiddos for rides, face painting, games, and more!

Looking for a cocktail or beer throughout the day? You can check out South House or Left Bank!
Grassroots Drum Parade
As always, the street fair will conclude with the Grassroots Drum Parade along Newark Ave! Dance to the beat of the drums as they close out the fair.
