It’s no secret to the advantages of having plants in your home, not just for decor purposes but for overall wellness. I have a cute little nook in my small JC apartment with a bunch of different sized plants and I love it. Any plant lover will tell you that once you start you can’t stop. I know people who have so many plants in their apartment it looks like a jungle. and those people are very happy people. Coincidence? I don’t think so.
The Plant House used to have a brick and mortar and a few years ago they decided to close up shop and move to Florida. They DM’d me and asked me to share that they were doing a close out sale and asked if I could spread the word, they ended up selling out of all their plants within a few days. Eventually, they decided that Florida wasn’t it and returned back to Jersey City.
Just in time for COVID-19.
When we all went into lockdown, it became sort of trendy for people to buy plants. Since we were all cooped up in our homes, humans decided “hey maybe I should make my space cozier, more inviting” and what better way then to buy some plants. Plant House has been really busy since and I am so happy for them.
I recently went to pick up some plants for a photo shoot I was doing, and after seeing their incredible green oasis decided on the spot to interview them for the blog. It’s a very special place and if you’re looking to bless your home I highly recommend paying them a visit. You would never know this place existed behind a brownstone in Bergen Lafayette.
