When I was younger, I always looked forward to fall because that meant one thing: a day-long trip to a corn maze followed by pumpkin picking and browsing through all the apples at the farm stand.

This was the corn maze of my childhood. Answer trivia questions as you guide yourself through the 10-acre corn maze; answering all of the questions correctly results in a prize! They’re typically open toward the end of September until the end of October. Keep up with them on Facebook for their hours of operation.
Stony Hill Farms
Chester, NJ
Stony Hill’s 10-acre corn maze is open for the season! Their theme this year is BEE aMAZEd. The season ends in early November, so be sure to plan your trip soon. Guests can also explore the maze at night on Saturdays! You can check the calendar on their site for daily hours.
Howell Living History Farms
Hopewell Township, NJ

The Howell Farm corn maze is the longest running corn maze in New Jersey. It’s a 4-acre maze with music, games, clues, time clocks, and flags. You can visit the corn maze from September 21st until the end of October. Check the varying hours on their website.
Etsch Farms
Monroe Township, NJ
Explore Etsch Farms’ 8-acre themed corn maze! It opens on September 21st and is available to visit on weekends from 12PM to 6PM until October 27th. Their theme this year is the 50th Anniversary of Apollo 11 Moon Landing, and there’s a crossword puzzle game incorporated throughout the maze.
Heaven Hill Farm
Vernon Township, NJ
Check out Heaven Hill’s 10-acre Maize Quest as part of their featuring 3 activities: Kernel Be Cobs Word Game, Cornelius Quest’s Picture Find, and Poppies Secret Word Search. You can stop by on weekends from September 14th to November 3rd, as well as weekdays in October. Check their website for prices under “Great Pumpkin Festival.”
