American Needs You is looking to recruit new mentor coaches!

American Needs You (ANY) is a program that provides mentorship and career development for first-generation college students so they can graduate and secure jobs with reputable businesses.

Mentor coaches would be working with Fellows directly to help guide these first-generation college students thrive as professionals. As a mentor coach, you can network with other professionals while strengthening your personal skills and imparting your knowledge with college students.

If you’re interested in volunteering to be a mentor coach, visit americaneedsyou.org/mentors-apply. Applications are accepted on a rolling admissions basis, and the program begins in July.
